YESBABA - Refunds and Cancellation Policy


Thanks for shopping at YESBABA. If you are not entirely satisfactory with your purchase , we are here to help. You can apply for exchange/refund if you are not satisfactory with item and the item you receive is of different size/type or defected only. We suggest you not to receive the item from our courier partner if the parcel is open before delivery or damaged.

Returns

You can check on product page which item is applicable for return at your pincode. You have 5 days to return the item from the day you receive it. You can also apply for exchange of product with other product. To eligible for return, your item must be unused, with price tags, labels other in box items and in same condition that you received it. Your item must be in original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. If the item is damaged, used or improper items then the seller will not be able to take it back. Our courier partner will come to the pick up place and collect the parcel from you, he will ensure all the items before accepting the return.

Replacements

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your replace after inspecting the item. If your replace is approved, we will initiate it and deliver you as soon as possible.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, We will initiate a refund to your bank account or (original mode of payment). You will receive the credit within 20 days depending on your payment mode.

Shipping
