Yes, it is necessary to log into your Yesbaba account to shop. Shopping becomes fast & secure as a logged in user.
Why do I see different prices for the same product?
Yes, you could see different prices for the same product, as it could be listed by many sellers.
Can I order a product that is 'Out of Stock' or Temporarily Not Available?
The products listed as 'Out of Stock' or Temporarily Not Available are not available for sale. You can add that product into Wishlist so that when that product will be available you will get notification.
What does Yesbaba Choice mean?
The Yesbaba Choice means the products meet our extensive quality & packaging along with faster delivery.
Do I have to pay extra for Yesbaba Choice badge?
No, you can shop Yesbaba Choice badge at no extra charge.
How are items packaged?
Products sold by sellers are shipped in packages with waterproof plastic wrap. Fragile items are secured with bubble wrap, we follow the standard packing procedure to provide best products to our customers.
Why do I see a delivery charge?
It usually costs sellers more to ship some items. So sometimes they choose to add delivery charge. The delivery charge is waived off by some sellers if u buy a certain amount of product.
The delivery of my order is delayed. What should I do?
The delivery on very rare occasion is delayed. If it is delayed please check your email for updates, we will try to get your delivery as soon as possible.
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
An email will be sent to you when you successfully placed your order. We will also let you know as the seller ships your order along with the tracking no of your shipment.
How quickly can I get my order delivered?
Orders will be delivered within the dates you see on the product page of your location.
How will my order be delivered?
All orders are shipped by sellers through courier services who deliver the packages to your doorstep or the nearest pickup store.
Why is 'Cash on Delivery' payment mode not available at my location?
Availability of 'Cash on Delivery' payment mode depends upon the courier services delivering to your location. Please enter your pin-code on the product page to check if this payment mode is available at your location.
How can I place an order?
To place an order, select following steps:
I have a complaint about the courier executive who came to deliver my order?
- - Select the product you like to buy and check availability at your pincode.
- - Add products to your cart or just click Buy now.
- - Choose or add delivery address. use a preferred payment mode and confirm the order.
You can contact our customer support team or send us email with the details and we will get in touch with the courier service provider to resolve your complaint.
What is estimated delivery time?
Sellers generally ship the items within the time. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery also depend upon product availability with seller your destination and location of seller.
What should I do if my order is approved but has not been shipped yet?
Sellers usually ship orders 1-2 business days before the delivery date so that they reach you on time. In case your order has not been shipped within this time please contact our customer support so that we can look into it.
How is a business day different from a regular day?
Business days are known as working days of the week. The expected date of delivery is calculated based on business days. Public holidays and Sundays are usually not considered.
Why was my package not delivered?
Incorrect address, Failed delivery attempts, and Damage during transit are certain reasons for package not delivered.

Yes, you can choose to pay on Yesbaba with any Visa, Mastercard or American express Credit card issued in India.
Can I use any Debit card to pay or my order?
Yes, you can choose to pay for your order on Yesbaba with any Rupay, Visa, Mastercard or Maestro debit card.
Can I use Cash on Delivery for every product I buy on Yesbaba?
Cash on Delivery depends upon factors like delivery pincode, type of product and courier services delivering at your
location. Please enter your pin code to check availability of COD at your location.
How can I get a 3D secure password for my Credit/Debit card?
You can get 3D secure password by registering your Credit/Debit card on your bank website.

How do I pay for my Cash on Delivery order for my orders at pick up store?

- - EMI (depending upon availability of your bank)
You can directly pay for your order at the pickup outlet for cash on Delivery orders.
CANCELLATION & RETURNS
What is the replacement process for orders?
Yesbaba replacement depends on the products category and seller. Products are eligible for replacement if they are Damaged, Defective or of Different size and type only.
You can raise a return in few simple steps:

- - Login to Yesbaba
- - Go to my orders
- - Select the item you want to return or exchange
- - Fill the details
- - Choose return reason
Once the return has been approved, the original delivered item will be picked up, make sure the item is in original packing, with label and not being used. Our delivery partner will check all the items and then accept the item. For exchange of products you will get the delivery within the time frame according to your pincode. For refund once it is approved by us will be credited to your account as per your original payment mode within 20 days.
What are the checks done for an item that I am returning?
Following conditions will be checked for the product:
- - Correct product (name/image/brand/serial number/article number/IMIE should match and price tag
should be undetached and clearly visible).
- - Complete product (All in box accessories should be present).
- - Unused Product (The product should be unused, unwashed, unsolled, without any stains and with non
tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals).
- - Undamaged product (The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or
- - Undamaged packaging (product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged).
The courier partner may refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.
For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned
product has been received by the seller.
When is a return of an item not possible?
Following are the conditions where return is not accepted:
How will I get my refund for an item I paid using Cash on Delivery?
- - When the return period of seller is over.
- - When an item is damaged because of use or when it is not in same condition as you received it.
- - When any consumable item has been used or installed.
- - When anything is missing from the package (price tags, labels, original packing, freebies & accessories).
- - Some of the non-returnable items as displayed on product.
- - When items are tempered with or have missing serial numbers.
For orders using Cash on Delivery as the payment mode, refunds can be processed to your bank account. You can update the details of bank account where you would like to receive the refund while creating the return request for an item. You can also send your bank details at ‘support@Yesbaba.in’. You need to provide following details to seller to process refund in your account.

- - Account holders name
- - Bank branch
- - Bank name
Refunds will typically be processed in 3-4 business days by sellers.
Which items I cannot return?
Return policy differs as per type of sellers and products, you can check on product page which items are eligible for return.
How can i know the status of my refund?
You can visit 'My Orders' to know the status of your refund. For orders cancelled before shipping, refunds are processed immediately. If the order has been shipped refund will be processed as soon as we receive the original items.
Can items be returned after the time period mentioned in seller return policy?
No, sellers will not be able to accept returns after the time period mentioned in the seller's return policy.
We are updating regularly Cancellation and returns policy; we advise you to go through it before applying for return.
